At Silverstone Golf, the process can look different for every client — and that’s exactly how we want it.

Every project is unique, whether you know exactly what you want from day one or you’re starting with nothing more than an idea. Our goal is to make the entire experience as easy, personal, and seamless as possible, from the first conversation to the moment your clubs are back in your hands.

1. Start Your Project

There are two ways to get started.

You can purchase your desired service directly through our website, which secures your place in our production line and gets the process moving immediately.

Or, if you’d rather talk first, contact us before purchasing. Maybe you want a price estimate, have questions about your club, or aren’t sure whether your idea is possible.

Chances are, it is.

One of the reasons Silverstone Golf exists is to push the limits of what can be done with golf equipment. If you have an idea, we want to hear it.

2. Tell Us Your Vision

Once your project begins, we’ll establish whatever form of communication is easiest for you.

Email, phone calls, text — whatever makes the process simple.

You can come to us with finished artwork, reference photos, a rough sketch, a collection of ideas, or simply explain what’s in your head. You don’t need to be a designer or have everything figured out before contacting us.

That’s our job.

We’ll take your ideas and create 1-of-1 artwork specifically for your project, built around your club, your style, and your exact specifications.

Before anything permanent happens to your equipment, we’ll go through the design with you. We can make adjustments, change details, explore different ideas, and refine the artwork until you’re 100% happy with the direction.

Only then do we move forward.

3. Get Your Clubs to Us

This part can also look different for every customer.

Already own the clubs you want customized? Send them to us. New or used — it doesn’t matter.

You can ship the complete clubs exactly as they are, or if you’re comfortable removing the heads, you can send clubheads only. Shipping heads by themselves can make the package smaller and potentially less expensive, but it’s entirely your choice.

If you send complete clubs, we’ll carefully package them for their return shipment.

Local to Scottsdale or the surrounding area? Even easier. Silverstone Golf is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and we offer local drop-off and pickup for customers in the area. We’ll coordinate a convenient time and location with you directly, so there’s no need to ship your clubs at all.

Buying brand-new clubs specifically for your project? You don’t necessarily need to have them shipped to your house first. When ordering from a retailer or manufacturer that allows an alternate shipping address, you can have the clubs sent directly to us, eliminating an unnecessary shipment.

Once your project is underway, we’ll make sure you know exactly what information, shipping details, or local drop-off arrangements are needed.

4. We Bring It to Life

Once the design is approved and we have your equipment, it’s our turn.

Depending on your project, this may involve custom engraving, artwork, refinishing, paint fill, polishing, or a combination of processes.

Throughout production, you won’t be left wondering what’s happening with your clubs.

We’ll keep you updated on where your project stands, provide expected completion timing as the work progresses, and share photos and updates along the way when appropriate.

Custom work takes time, and we’d rather do it right than rush something that’s supposed to be one of a kind.

5. Final Approval & The Trip Home

Once your project is complete, we’ll show you the finished result.

After everything is finalized, your equipment will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you. We’ll provide tracking information so you know when to expect it.

Then there’s only one thing left to do.
